Tom Madgett was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, but has been proud to call himself a Maritimer for more than two decades.  After serving the Navy for 20 years, 15 as a submariner, Tom came to the conclusion that the highest calling a person can have in life is to serve others.  Although buying and selling a home can be stressful, Tom's aim is to remove the worry in your real estate transaction and find you home you deserve.  Tom's personal commitment is to always put forth his best effort 100% of the time.  "My greatest reward is your referral!"

  Alastair "Buck" Buchanan was born in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and moved with his family in early childhood to the UK.  After returning to Canada to attend university, Alastair enlisted in the Navy.  Over 25 years later Alastair decided to retire from being a naval air controller and take up a new life as a REALTORŪ.  The skills he mastered as the most experienced naval air controller on the East Coast serve him well today in guiding his clients in to their new homes.  Alastair looks forward to meeting new clients and to serving former colleagues and shipmates. 

  Georges Pelletier comes to Madgett/Buchanan and Associates having served 35 years in the Navy.  Georges' many leadership positions during his career gave him extensive experience in dealing with people as well as impressive management skills.  Having been posted with his family many times Georges fully understands the stresses that a move can impose on a family and will use that experience to make things easier.  Whether buying or selling a home Georges will make it his mission to provide service you deserve, the best possible service!  Georges is fully bilingual.
